You Sing... - Poem by Marianne Soher

You sing, girl.
You sing when you talk
You sing when you smile,
And even when silent,
Your lips sing...

Your body sings, girl...
It sings when your walk,
It sings when you dress,
It sings when you move,
And even when you sleep,
Your body sings...

Your soul sings, girl...
Your soul sings in silence
It sings in the dark
It sings in its thoughts,
And even when it questions,
Your soul sings...

You’re a living song girl,
Bless you...
