You This Lady Poem by Alex Adeoye

You This Lady

You, this lady
Your appearance cause me stir
Lock up my faculty in a cool preserve,
Making it alive, Day and night
I should dare to say it
What would I have said if not ‘I love you'?
I can't find what to say, it's just abrupt
And this feeling is too hot to ignore.

Envision a distance between
Happiness and paradise
Aden and love, merry and peace
Fasting and prayer, kiss and love
Then you may know how blood travel fast within me
If u listen a bit you ‘ll know how my mind bit because of you
If marry you I promise to in your stead.
