you've cut her deep
in her heart
it was your plan from the very start
you didn't care about her
you just wanted to see
to see how it was to be unique to step into the spot light
just to see if she was a freak
you told her you loved her and that she was so much more
more than anything you felt before
and now she's gone and your still there
wondering about the curious stare
the stare you get
morning, noon, and night
a stare of cruelty and one of delight
because you never had one single tear shed
when you learned that your girl friend was finally
dead
you didn't defend her or cry or speak you just nodded and continued to eat
most of her friends were gone for days
you didn't even give her one single praise
she's dead now but you don't care
you left her bleeding and that's not fair
