You Would Love Me If You Knew You Loved Me Poem by Samantha Ashley

You Would Love Me If You Knew You Loved Me

Rating: 5.0

Stab my sanity because I want to believe in us.
Murder my bleeding heart.
Shred my reality because I love you.
Tear me apart.
Take my life because you hate me.
Leave me in breathless sleep.
Destroy my reasoning because I need you.
Rip me piece by piece.
Strip my mind because I can't forget.
Kill my will to live.
Twist my words because I write them for you.
Don't let me forgive.
Open my eyes because I love you blindly.
Break me down.
Blacken my tears because you hurt me.
Push me to the ground.
Slit my wrists because I can't have you.
Cram my heart in a cage.
Shatter my illusion because I want to believe you loved me.
Send dead flowers to my grave.

A heavy duty to write with such intensity. It works. Cyrina
