Young Lover In Full Bloom Poem by Elizabeth Willis.

Young Lover In Full Bloom

I watch the night sky knowing you can see it too.
Oh but do you?
Do you see it too?
If you listen closely you can hear my lonely heart beat.
Oh and it only beats for you.
Only for you.
Can you taste my lips on yours?
Our breathe warm and near?
Oh because I do.
I do.
My hands run over the old roses you've given me, and oh how the tired petals make me think of you.
Oh how I miss you.
I miss you.
Please come back soon.
Forever waiting;
A young lover in full bloom.
