Your Arms, My Heart, Our Home Poem by Katheryn Foley

Your Arms, My Heart, Our Home

Hold my hand as these violet skies turn to gray,
You're all I ever wanted,
Please just stay here in my arms,
Where no'one can replace you,
Please just stay here in my arms,
Cuz you're all I ever wanted,
You're all I ever needed,
You're all I ever dreamed of to be.

This light I left for you,
So you can find your way home,
Just follow the path,
It will lead you to my heart,
Where you can stay forever,
It will lead you to my heart,
Where we can stay together.

Hold me close as the sky begins to rain,
You can be a shelter for me,
I'll just stay here in your arms,
Where no'one can replace me,
I'll just stay here in your arms,
Cuz you're all I ever wanted,
You're all I ever needed,
You're all I ever dreamed of to be.
