Your Kiss Poem by Leslie Alexis

Your Kiss

Your kiss takes me to mid July
To warm breeze and the beach-filled skies,
To the heat enveloping our skin
That we rid of clothes and lay bare
Upon sands as the stars stare…

Your kiss takes me to childhood days
When day and night are filled with play,
But head to toe is our playground
And tongue, lips and tips the tools of sport
And everything’s fair upon the court.
