Your Lovely Layers Poem by Alanna Taylor

Your Lovely Layers

Rating: 3.8

Crying, weeping, weeping, crying
We all know how hard you're trying
Don't let the fear overtake
Don't let your hopes it rake

Laughing, loving, loving, laughing
We all know what you are hiding
Don't let the love upset or shake
Don't let the feelings crack or break

Trying, defying, defying, trying
We all hate the way you're dying
Buried inside we know you're broken
Searching for a free forgiveness token

Lying, cheating, cheating, lying
We all want you to stop denying
The fear, the pain, the love, the feelings
Stop them from stealing your true pealings of
Lovely layers.
