Your Status-Quo Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Your Status-Quo

You thought that you are the highest sinner!
No! ! Watch around you and see what others are doing;
Then you will better choose to do the right thing.
Try to gain your life back with the love of others and,
Learn about the ways of life to gain your status-quo;
For the mirror on the wall is watching you.

Mirror, mirror on the wall;
Where is my lover in this mirror? !
For i read about her in the Newspapers and now,
I would like to meet her in person soon.
Now you better think twice for,
You are not the highest sinner on this earth!

I left my boots in the boat and,
You left your sheep in the ship;
But, we will all die one day on this earth.
You are not the highest sinner and,
You need to look around you and think;
For this life is full of sinners already.
