Brianna N R Wine (9-29-1995 / USA)
These crumbled cobblestones are the destroyed foundation of my life
And I don't dare reconstruct them out of spite.
I'd rather be cold and abandoned, then warm and peaceful in your attendance.
These bruises on my mind are all I have left of my past
Bitterness and baseness are the companions I have chosen over you.
You'd rather see me fall then fly, but that is okay
Because I have already fallen and you were not there to see me pick myself up.
If I could go back and change my history, I wouldn't
Because this hell is heavenly.
