Dour in death’s anguish
Called dumb by us men
To have their strength I wish.

Her wings not willing to fly
Her heart heavy
She gave it another try
It was her baby.

You might as well say
if a mail could aver
you needn’t have come her way
you needn’t have come this far,

The woman I romanticize.
Her abode is not in my mind
She has no place in my heart
Her face is not in my eyes
...

No verbal duel
No war of words
I prefer to be a poet.
In freedom I dwell
...

I blew bubbles in the air.
They weren’t robust
Pretty soon they burst
And were no more there.
...

Prosaic
Finds solace
In poetry’s grace.
