Dreams Deferred

Dreams fly usually high
Like the birds in the sky
They see no bar no age
Neither do they get confined
within the mind's cage....
BUT.....
Fixed up with worldly commitments
Handling everyone's sentiments
Our own wishes become the price
& superficially in life we rise....

We work day & night
With ourselves we daily fight
Yet we think we have achieved
In our dreams we have believed....

How far does it stands true
Is it really white or simply blue
Its something to be known about self
WITH EVERY DUTY, OVER A DESIRE, PREFERRED.......
SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW, A DREAM GETS DEFERRED....
