The new me is happy
the old me was sad.

The new me sees clearly
...

This cold world we live in, in which people are always dying, are always fighting an endless fight.
This cold world we live in, where people go hungry, and no one helps, they just watch it happen.
This cold world we live in, where we are still at war, yet we dont realize it's truly with ourselves, our demons.
This cold world we live in, just keeps getting colder, trying to survive, waiting for someone to make a change.
...

The way he kisses brings pleasure
Those soft lips that you just want to treasure
To caress, to bite, to yearn for
Just one more kiss she begs for
...

She whispers in his ear sweet nothing.
Looks upon his eyes, sees right through his lies.
Sits upon him to feel his warmth beneath her.
Lays besides him only to feel him near her.
...

Driving like a bat into the night,
I looked into those eyes and all I saw was lies
Lips that spoke without rhythm and laughter that had no meaning
For I saw the truth, and there was no way I could turn back,
...

Sitting in my room lonely and cold, it's dark and quiet.
lost in my thoughts wondering why....
why is what my conscious tells me
I ask myself why is it everything I touch goes bad
...

Sitting here wondering
is this lust or is this love?

Sitting here wondering
...

When the soul searches for the future
She can no longer take the torture
For sin is what creeps beneath
She smiles at what is left of her undermined tells
...

Though it never went how it was told
He waits for her to one day say it back
They lack intellect
...

The full moon has risen
I can feel it, it's rising
The gift of the moon
I'm drawn to the moon
...

Standing there in the rain
crying through the pain
Standing there in the rain
it's so dark no one thought
...

Standing there in front of a crowd
She felt transparent as ever
Looking around she notice something’s
missing.
...

If He Knew...

If he knew that there was real love
...

New Me, Old Me

The new me is happy
the old me was sad.

The new me sees clearly
the old me was mad.

The new me sees a future
the old me always lived in the past.

The new me found herself
the old me let everyone else find her.

The new me is more confident
the old me was to shy to speak.

The new me is still in progress
the old me well she is the past.

Thanks to the old me the new me
can freely live at last.
