My Own Coffin

Needless to say that am in a disarray,
Thoughts of mines seems very distraught
Rigorous introspection leaving me in dismay
In Endless web of mishap, myself got caught!

Lost in eternal rant of dysfunctional mind,
Feel so hapless, this unblessed soul of mine
Each passing moment, feel becoming more blind,
The darkling spaces prowling on me, so malign!

Mirages of life, Shines in distance, bright,
Pulling the bleak heart to follow, hence I run,
Gasping for air, breathless, just to fall short,
Grasping, once again, deluding hope, me it outdone!

Eyes ever adjusting to the dripping darkness,
Trying to see beyond invisible walls myself confide in,
Gave in at last, alas! now I can follow senses,
Welcome darkness princess to consume me, let it win!

Nailing my own coffin, while I lie in it, inside,
Pitch black darkness, all around me, it surrounds,
Waylaying the burdened heart, death as my bride,
And letting go off me, lay in this blessed grounds!
