Love sang under time
Glancing your eyes that must see
Heart water oozing happy

I dropped out of sight
Even while standing next to you
My presence lingers
With no substance to hold

While watching movies
I came to believe
Myself to be in one

As another looms ahead
Do we inspire hope
Or are we dragged down under
The weight of existence

Portals open against
The wrought grain of endurance
Let flow but a trickle
With this odd glee
