What About The Dog?

Do not go, I beg thee stay
For in who's lap would the dog then lay?
If not for you, then stop and think,
of those you leave to weep, mourn, and grieve.
Though you feel that your end will bring stop to the pain,
I urge you my friend to consider again,
That the one(s) you hurt most are the one's that can help,
And we really should learn to not pity ourselves.
The one's that we treasure, The one's that we love.
If not sent from heaven somewhere up above,
Will see through the trouble and still have their love.
So let us find cheer and happiness in each other,
And if no one else cares, Hell I will care Brother!
So please do not go,
Please stay one more day,
Really, Come on, The dog want's to play!
