Repressing some feelings at times, not wanting them to
surface, writing constantly, taking time to research
them later on.

We all have a place within where thinking and deciding
are done, helping us hopefully, to find our ways in
this life.

On the surface life seems alright, no one can tell how we
feel, or if we're going through traumatic times, loss or
death of family members or friends.

Life is riddled with many surprises, experiences and discoveries
as we live our daily lives, never knowing what's to come, then
are surrounded, immersed in their feelings and emotions.

Sleeping, dreaming, taking emotions and feelings quietly
into our mindful hearts, dreams trying to find out exactly
what needs to be done to settle or set things right.
...

Records of history are kept in books, tapes, videos and in
photographic minds, keeping up to date, adding new chapters
throughout our lives.
...

Morning bands are the best, listening to music and rhythms,
waking up a poetical brain, giving it a continuous jolt of
energy in order to complete the day.
...

Ratcheting rhythms circling, taking place interiorly and
always having a really great time here at Buddy Stubbs
on a Saturday morning.

Looking about inwardly, seeing many important ideas
merging with innate knowledge, putting them together,
and acknowledging their worth.
...

Having come to a crossroads in life, deciding to create a
new pathway for the future, concentrating wholly on poetry
and music - the marketing of it all.
