She sat quietly in her chair
So many memories with him she shared
Some one pushed open a door,
In came the cold winter air

Her head no longer on his chest
Quiet is the sound of her heart for him

A knock on your door late at night
Don't be alarmed or of fright
Just stoped by for a quick hug,
From arm's that held me so tight

Hand's griped tight to the wheel, eye's glued to the road
Many, many miles from home
Windshield wipers back and fourth, faster, faster
Rain so hard he can barely see, still so many mile's to go

When just a boy, a penny from his dad to make a wish
Throw it away son like magic your wish will appear
The boy thought and thought somemore
But never a wish worth his penny

An early morning ride in a horse drawn sleigh
Freezing cold and where so warm, here with you the one I love,
Up the hill and through the town, snow all around
