Saman Shahraki Poems

There is a buried city in this desert
sun is cautious
and i know it's setting
...

I woke up today
and i can't see
anything of yesterday
...

A red stuff is saving
your life's last line
you try again but
there is not any place
...

My mother is looking to me
with a opened mouth
she feels I am the loneliest person now
-why don't you leave me?
...

It is snowing from four corners
I am in a dream
And it's walking in my boners
Waiting for the clock to bark
...

I don't like this.
Every woman has
Her own beauty.
But you have two eyes.
...

In a shadow of a maple
Feet to the east
Eyes to the sky
Jungle hated him
...

My eyes are too heavy
I knew with my point finger
That my thumb is similar to ham
And the planet is warmer than yesterday
...

Love Veil Death

There is a buried city in this desert
sun is cautious
and i know it's setting

What are coupes doing?
they are dreaming a city
that now the lighting rods there
are toothpick for dark places
of snakes minds

There is a buried city in this desert
bone boy is trying to get out
but the bone city
is a place of bones loves
bone fathers are digging
they like to be buried deep
and mother bones are cooking for dinner:
ashes and some of sky

i pick up a toothpick and walk away
to find the dark places

sun is cautious
i don't know, is it rising?
