Your face on the nations screen,
Your body the latest influence,
Your token everyone has seen.

Waving up on the chariot,
In endless circles on the stage,
Ferociousness in the session,
Rising up into the cage.

So much left behind,
So much more to come,
You are the face of this war,
How different your life has become.

So many met,
So many loved ones left,
No one to blame but yourself,
But your soul is never bereft.

You are the girl on fire,
Your soul engulfed with flames,
The flames will rise above your hope,
As you are thrown into the deranged games.
