I see it in my mind’s eye
A dream wanting reality
Made to keep my loneliness company
If I could feel that breathe on my skin
The touch on my cheek
The kiss on my lips
The love in my heart
All a dream
Reality is twisted
Dreams are the fixes
For loneliness
But can’t fix this pain
For feelings,
For the shame
Lack of feelings, lack of thought, lack of everything
The difference of one vs. all others is clear
The lack of feelings is clear
Love isn’t near
