For if but a plot

pale skin
within the night
will cause
such a fright
...

Over the years
a layer of stone has formed around my small heart
ever time someone hurt me
wronged me

you try to take the best of me
i used to allow it
but not anymore
go away

I’ve worried
and had nightmares about this
and today it happened
I revealed it
...

heart strings
hold our heart safe
within our chest
as we grow the people around
...

sitting here watching life go buy
trying to fight
but nothing happens
time goes on
...

hello monsters of the night
do you remember me
the little girl you broke
the one you used and abused
...

People speak of death wishs
As people calling to death by doing stupid or dangerous things
I have a death wish
But it is not by doing stupid things

I should have stayed with my first instincts
for when I saw you
in the back of my head an alarm went off
