Precious beautiful sweet angel...
sleepin in getting 'beauty' rest that she needs not...
wantin to be loved, but not gettin it from the one she got...
worth more than what flowers, poems or breakfast could ever provide...

Somehow she has me even still,
no matter the future
a piece of my heart...
have it she always will.

My mind traces the footsteps of my memories
belly tosses raw emotion up,
eyes sloppy wet, they puff.
How did it come to this?
