Rider Of The Lonely Road

A rider kept driving down an empty road as the sunset began to fade into darkness. He starting thinking about his past. He hoped for a new beginning. The rider stopped for a second, as it became night. He sat on his bike, with the only shred of light being the headlights on his motorcycle. He kept pondering in detail the things he once had. There were some good things, but mostly distant memories of a world turned upside down. Scratching his unshaven beard, he began to ride again. As he rode, he realized he would never go back to all the things he had left behind.
