Twirling under a full midnight sun
And the house that we knew
Had come undone

Somehow in my enclosed vision
I can see you standing just ahead
Your heart pulls to that purple horizon;
The dawn that escapes from death

I thought the world black
After glimpses into eternity
And balancing there, hanging just above dawn
