Spilt Mind

- [ ] Caught up in this thing called love. Thought i was on top, when the waves hit I realized it was a rock. I was stuck in a hard place. Memory's crashed in my face. Sun broke had me looking for good hope. Instead subconscious came at a toll. Im gonna pay for all these pebbles beneath my toes.
- [ ] Now running thru the sand. Coming to terms with life's ocean. It's high tide. I woke. Pain's back. I was a slave to my habits. Destroyed what I helped build. Now I search.... Didn't know what I was capable of. Here I sit with the ultimate lesson learned. Do I quit? Or ride waves, smile, wave and give fake hand shakes.
- [ ] Until I make it...?
- [ ] Broken wings of all my angels lay at my feet. They walk beside me now till we make it to hell. Soul searching with a glossy haze.
- [ ] I close my eyes and smile thinking of her. Her words sound like heaven on earth. But angles cry inside. We hold each other. A test of time. life is to short to take insanity's ride.
- [ ] Walking thru the gates of hell I never understood the hurt I impaled. Passing by loves hopeless attempts to connect? I'm pushed.!
- [ ] As I turn I see her. Wait it's me Mr self destruct. I hear.... Love hurts. Look at the scene of family, sadness written all over her. The little two. Reach up to tell her.

- [ ] I fall. Hands an knees I pray. God? ... Help!
- [ ] Then a little hand is held out. I look up. Baby girl is still there.
- [ ] Smiling.
- [ ] Then that small whisper, she says 'Daddy I'm here' mommy said let's go.
- [ ] Standing up, I thank you.
- I'll never go back. Never give up. Stay true to who I need to be, for me, her and the family we deserve.
- Faith, Love, learn, life and hope.
- I wake. life and it's second go. Blessings everyday. The Angels fly away. It's now okay.
