I took one look at you

And you took my breath away

And squeezed it gently

I then exhaled

Yesterday when you looked at me

Time, for me, stood still

Cause my mind was light years away

Wrapped in the depths of your soul

My image mirrored in the blackness

Of your pupils, reflections of

Things we’d experienced and live to tell
