Who has said there are different ways
Who has said you need more wealth
Who has said to fill your days
with substances that destroy your health
...

Darkness..only void
Yet beyond the earthly grasp..

Stillness..a deafening silence..
No thoughts ever born..
...

I write here now and have something to say..
as one just asked..'why do I write this way? '
In 'archaic' theme woven through my page..
Do I have to defend..keep my words in a cage?
...

If Your Words can echo through a vacant land
If a nation had all their heads..buried in the sand
If I looked and could see..no one else around..
Still..Your Words would not fall to the ground
...

The grey concrete surrounded me as that of a dreary day
The metal collarge of buses, encircling me..
whilst exposing the shyness of colour
to the dullness of the scene
...

The Lord made it known in the Books of old..like one enormous play
So that when He came to this earth as Man..He could read and know the way
Just enough written in that Holy Book..they wrote it down for Him to see..
A letter indeed..from Him to Him..telling of what there was to be
...

Some out there are starting to see..
though they fight this feeling inside
I believe they know deep down in their soul..
yet are bound by earthly pride
...

A beautiful quote was made.. that I heard not long ago
Something that caught my ear...why? I do not know
Something just so wonderful..I did grasp it in my heart
Who would I ever apply it to..where would I even start?
...

There is a 'drug' coming onto the scene
One more addictive than the others have been
Virtual reality is the new one that's here
Yes..a strong one..trouble I fear.
