I remember reciting this poem at a school event way back in middle school. people were laughing their butts off. that was a memorable moment for me. thanks for writting such a poem, i will never forget this.

I love Shel...he was like my idol when I was 8...he always looks like such a badass on his book covers, but then you read his poetry, and he's so silly...yep, I'll love him forever.
