im not sure whats gotten into me.
im not sure if this is even real.
all i know is.
youre the reason behind my every smile these days.

its rare to find someone who just
wants to see and hear and stay
someone who'll seek to know you more
someone who'll like and love you true

you're not the smartest guy.
not the prettiest one i know.
not even the hottest of them all.

i close my eyes
your smile alights
i close my eyes
dreams came to life

I paint the sky with my memory of that perfect face,
with that beautiful smile i don't get tired of looking...
and those eyes that sparkle like the stars in the sky
my soul found that missing piece i yearn for everyday...
