Simple Pleasure Poems
Tell Me Your Story.
We talk. You tell me a story. You are in your story, but not as 'You'. You are an object in your story: 'I did this, and I went there, and I met you'. When you tell your story it's about you being out there, in the word, and that's not what I'm interested in. You are right here, for me, right now! I see you, I look into your eyes; I look into you and it's that - you - that I am interested in. I ask you a question: 'How do you feel? '

I met a woman on the TTC She said 'Don't get old like me child, don't get old like me' Her eye had a tear,
Modernization Of Noobs
It was early in the morning when we left, alone on a winter's day. The air was brisk - it was cold and young. When we arrived the rink was deserted; her ice was thick, clean and white.
Can'T Keep Still
She’s the moment you watch out for, Run me over now more and more, Got a feeling that I can’t keep still, Take my trash. Take your pill.
Said who? No, who? 'Well, ' I said you too. Through who were two of the brightest eyes. Round orbs in fact that lit the sky, even at noon while we at lunch. Was a soft meal but a hard act to follow, and I could tell you would leave me hollow. Said who? Said you.
