A House Is Not A Home Poem by David Harris

A House Is Not A Home

Rating: 5.0

A house is not a home
if no one lives there.
Each room need a sparkle
with pictures on the wall.
A fire needs a steady bed
to yield its warmth there.
The sound of heartbeats
needs to fill the air
and each room needs laughter
to echo from within.
With out those ingredients
a house is not a home.
