Autumn Leaves Poem by Heather Burns

Autumn Leaves

Rating: 3.9

Sometimes Autumn Leaves
gently fade away

from their safe haven
they had yesterday.

leaving the willow
Standing tall and bare

Silently shivering in
winters air.

Beautiful image. It happens sometimes, you say. What happens other times? I wonder. Thank you.
