I want to be the one
you forever write my name
in the sand
and lay in fields
of violets of passion

I want to be the one
you see light up the sky
and bring a twinkle in your eye
like a moon glow in the night
I want to be the one
there to forever hold you tight

I want to be the one
who's kiss you always feel
blowing softly through the wind
wrapped with only memories
of me passing by

I want to be the one
you feel touch to ease your pain
in a warm summers rain
I want to be the one
you feel upon your skin
like the morning sun
loving you always and then some

I want to be the one
who holds your hand
and show you a love
that is real
