Following blindly
for i thought you really cared
i was only gone for a second
and i looked back but you werent there
a pigment of my imagination
i wondered if this was real
and then i knew it was true
for my heart has still not healed
soemtimes i like to pretend
that someday you'll come back
and you'll hold me in your arms
and we'll look back on this and laugh
but you cant dream forever
i really wish i could
then my life could be better
the way I think it should.
