Cocaine Poem by Kelly Royal

Cocaine

Rating: 4.5

I've traveled down a road not many have made it back from.
I didn't know where it stopped or where it began.
I never saw any speed limits or warning signs.
Going as fast as I could just trying to stay between the lines.
Sometimes I would make pit stops and let my engine rest a while,
But slowing down only seemed to cramp my style.
So I would fire that engine up to take another ride.
You would think I would have learned after the fourth time I almost died.
But the need for speed ran thick through my vains.
I was going so fasst it started driving me insane.
I pray God will keep me from that fast paced highway better known as

COCAINE!

I get no kick from cocaine, I'm sure one sniff would bore me terrifically too...
