Deep In Vogue Poem by Stephen Brian Brady

Deep In Vogue

pretend you've never strutalong the backyard walls
as from a crysalis
just seem
how it takes time
to weave a tapestry of dreams

takes patience
to persuade a Unicorn to sing

and no-one will ever be aware
of the fine-detail that you'd bring

be fruit for all seasons
the weft and warp's own reasons

for the way you glow and fade
mothcaught
in the bubbleburst of this
your flashlight escapade
