EVERY TIME IT RAINS by John Hawkes
Every time it rains, I always think of you,
Tears again flow down my cheek, just like they always do.
And when the thunder claps, and lightning fills the sky,
That's when my heart it splits apart, and the sky begins to cry.
Like water from a river, enough to fill the sea,
The sky and all its rain are tears for you and me.
Very time it rains, I always think of you,
Tears again flow down my cheek,
Just like they always do.

I love line repetition- it rounds out a poem for me- - - > tears again flow down my cheek, just like they always do. Good poetry skills
