Watch closely see me disappear into obscurity
Lost in a maze of insanity
Are you watching?
Call me Houdini
This magical moment is the advent of my intent
It’s a pity all they see is this performance
While I dance with multiple personalities
An eternal tango….I can’t seem to let go
Emotionally weak
Constantly breaking my own heart
A feat of the gods to discover this love
My strength weakens me to see reality
Fairytales exist in storybooks
Princesses are dead and there is no where else to look
She was but a wolf in disguise
Hiding in plain sight I was blind to her true identity
But now I am watching you
I’m Houdini as I make you disappear into mediocrity
I don’t need you anymore than fish needs sand
Or a bird needs land
You were a mere reprieve from sanity
Left me be….I don’t want to be crazy
