Jesus Doesn'T Want Me For A Sunbeam Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

Jesus Doesn'T Want Me For A Sunbeam

There is beauty in your harmonies
And deep injury among your words
And they echo
Long after
Your departing
Your spirit still can be felt
Glimmering through the airwaves
A little boy overwhelmed with heartbreak
That overburdoned
A bright and beautiful heart
That flashed moments of brilliance
A little miracle against all odds
And in the end you are a sunbeam
Though you doubted you could ever be
