One Fine Day Poem by Linda Harnett

One Fine Day

Rating: 2.5

One fine day,
We’ll stand alone,
As one,
When circumstance,
Will deem,
What is to come,
The hand of fate,
Will turn to destiny,
And determine,
What becomes,
Of you and me.

One fine day,
We’ll reach,
The other shore,
And wonder why,
We didn’t act before,
And take that one enormous,
Leap of faith,
We’ll stand and watch,
The tide, the ebb and flow,
Until the sun sets,
On the sea,
Below.
