Perfect Day Poem by Eric Souza

Perfect Day

Rating: 5.0

When the sun rises
Bringing ligths to the green
Shadows come from the trees
Sweet melody comes from the leaves
I feel strong and free

Walking aimlessly
everything fits so perfectly everywhere I go
The blue sky and the white clouds
Are interrupted in a blue ocean line
Time goes by too slow

I am proud to witness
All those things that happen around
The child's smile and the old advices
The life is only a sand grain on the beach
My naked feed resting on the ground

The dayligth burns my skin
Blind my eyes
Clears my mind
A morning breeze holds my body
Like a sweet kiss from the woman that I love
