Poison Ivy Poem by charlotte marie peachey

Poison Ivy

poison ivy
stands behind me
lips of green
ive never seen

hair of golden curls
almost like a little girls
evil temptress
of darkness

eyes of evil
she doesnt know how to be civil
rope on the back of her hands
skin as white as tropical sands

skin as cold as ice
she doesnt know how to be nice
she stands behind me looking grim
sunken eyes, she looks so thin

the person that stands behind me
i can-not see
someone i couldnt be
for the person standing behind me
is ME
