Raise Your Hand Poem by Randy McClave

Raise Your Hand

Stand up and raise your hand
And shout out and make your stand,
If you want to live in a society, with equal propriety
If you want it for all in this Land.
Every person should have access to healthcare
That should be a fact and not a dream or a prayer,
It should be a law, for one and all
Good health we all should have and share.
Everyone should have good housing and food
Not just to be viewed,
No one should starve and/ or freeze, or catch a disease
Because, some people are uncaring and unglued.
We should not worship or praise billionaires
For us they have no cares,
They own more wealth than half the nation, to their celebration
And they wanna keep and control all the shares.
