I’m not really interested
In what you’re telling me
Because I can forge my own path
And I don’t need you to hold my hand
While I find my place
In this vast, open world

I’m not really interested
In what you’re telling me
Because I am my own person
Strong and determined
Free-spirited and independent
I have what I need to persevere

I’m not really interested
In what you’re telling me
Because my walk is my own
Tall I will stand
And I will keep on moving
On this never-ending journey
Without looking back.
