Scarecrow Man Poem by John DeBona

Scarecrow Man

A scarecrow of a man
lives across the way
He's got two goofy dogs
that he walks everyday

They pee on my plants
and poop on the ground
While the scarecrow man
Makes funny sounds

Too lazy to clean it
They go on their way
Swears he don't mean it
It stinks up my day

I look out my window
here they come again
They pee on the willow
That's down on the end

I think that the scarecrow
is just straw and wire
I'll wait for the scarecrow
With a little hot fire.
