Spring on Sunday,
Some falling rain
Flowers and showers
Gaining fame.
Wearing shorts and
Running around
New soft grass
Upon the ground.
A sky of blue,
A river wild
I feel just like
A newborn child.
No more snow
To shovel clear
So shout the news
Spring is here!
Sandra, very nice poem. I believe we all could use a little rebirth here in the northern hemisphere. This as a simple and beautiful read. Thanks! Kenneth P.S. I agree with your take on my last post, the Music poem. Check out the edit. Thanks for the constructive criticism. {: -)
Sandra and we are getting closer to Autumn (Fall) . Well, when it gets too cold I will be looking for the imaginary chiffon to keep me warm. I am glad you are back and that our thinking is on the same wavelength. Missed your poems too. H
So is our Pendulum. Its starting to sway slowly in the Spring breeze. Happy to be out of the cold. Hugs Jan

A real taste of Spring with its flow. I particularly like the third verse. Chrissie :)
