~ Stress ~
Stress, stress, stress...
What a mess, look at everything I've been through.
Can't protest, enough of what this year put me through.
Entwining its self, circling like the earth from where I dwell.
Undone situations, my salvation, and the sadness that hid it's self...
within a smile.

Sickness, Love, Hate... these feelings need an escape
Children, money, living, do we really know our fate...
Or how we lose our way?
Stress has me... losing my hair, with skin dry and itchy,
my head pounding, body aching, restless-
needing to sleep-in.

Feeling people's negative energy hating on me.
Laughing with the crowd, though the crowd finds me amusing,
Can't fight this defeat.

Bill payments, relationship problems, neighborhood issues,
has me seeking shelter out of the battle field and demise.
Looking for something worth while,
instead of something not worthy of my time.
I'm a queen, but my thrown can't be seen,
flesh calls for me, wanting more of me...
like a druggy, it's hard to breathe, hard to breathe,
air inside of... me.

Running around in circles, still running the wrong way.
Can't find my way...
friends gone away, they've left me astray.
No one's here to stay.
Will I be O.K..?

Stress, stress, stress,
Stress is pressure...
A toxic which devours the soul
Is anyone listening,
I thought you already know

Now why not try,
inhale deeply…
Those tender soothing therapeutic feelings of...
simplicity.
