Suffocate Poem by Eowyn Aurora

Suffocate

I can't breathe,
To take in life
Your hands too heavy
Bruise my neck
My lungs cannot expand
The lies constrict
My ribs are breaking
From the pressure
My back is aching
From the weight
My heart is yearning
Wind of life
Is this my suffocation
My pain, the nails
That bind me there
Is this my condemnation
To condemn myself
Without sweet air
My head grows heavy,
My vision obscures
Your pressure too much
For my lungs to handle,
And I break…
