There was a time
I was so in love with you
Like a story book rhyme
you made all my dreams come true
Then someone came and stole your heart
and tore our love apart
Now you want me back again
well here's what I'm telling you.
Take it or leave it
You had it, you blew it
And threw it all away
I was yours, but I'm not yours today.
Time has past and our love is through
You were part of my life
A person, I never really knew.
You'll love again and so will I
So lets not pretend and live a lie
By wanting me back again
Well here's my advice to you
